Does anyone know of a good, English speaking estate agent in the Cascais / Carcavelos area?

I'm selling my apartment in Carcavelos from the UK, so need someone I can rely on to do the legwork in Portugal! The agent I have at the moment has supposedly been working on it since April, but it still hasn't made it onto the market yet as he keeps telling me there's more paperwork to do... very frustrating!

Any advice gratefully appreciated :-)
