It seems like a great way to taste a variety of wines, getting to know more about what I like. Could be useful for summer entertaining and gift giving.

Perhaps anyone going would be kind enough to gather contact details of local wine producers. We are starting a Slow Food Convivium in Cascais, this is a non profit organisation aimed at supporting local food and wine producers, more details may be found at www.slowfood.com .

Our volunteers are gathering data to facilitate the first Slow Food Festival early 2013 in Cascais, we also have a Schools Programme already up and running providing School Gardens along with teaching aids and much more, all related to early learning for children to, eat healthly, work with nature,conserve our environment and understand fairly traded produce,
