Hi closest we've found are in the algarve
Alan Franck Butcher, Ali Super,Mira Parque, Albufeira the telephone number I have for them is 00351 963 310 733.
The other butchers is based in Almancil The English Butcher & the Telephone number is 00351 289 395 859.
They both will arrange delivery if you order enough from them.
Recently Iceland opened in Guia (algarve) and they also have a small range of fresh Irish beef, rib, sirloin joints etc cut the English way.
I have to say that i prefer Portuguese meats, the only problem is Beef other than fillet which is readilly available and can be cut as you require - the main difference is that the Portuguese cut the meat as does most of the rest of Europe against the grain, not the British way with the grain and offer fewer cuts as the tendency is to prepapre most beef cuts for slower cooking.
The beef offered from South American countries here, mostly Uraguy and Brazil, always vacuum packed and at a large price premium in some supermarkets is also cut in a Uk style - its just a case of recognising the cuts.
sirloin is Vazia- Rump is Pojadouro(steak) / Alcatra(joint), fillet is lombo, beef steak(mostly sirloin) but can be other cuts) is picanha - bifanha thin slice, applies to all meats including beef
Rosbife or Bife Assada mean beef for roasting, worth asking your local butcher for this.
Best of luck
